FINOVIS is a technology company providing quantitative trading technology and related services.

FINOVIS may provide information concerning Quantitative Strategy Access (“Strategy Access”).

Strategy Access may enable eligible customers to obtain access to a quantitative trading strategy through a separate brokerage relationship.

The customer’s brokerage account is maintained with an independent broker and remains subject to the broker’s own account-opening, KYC, AML, sanctions, margin, trading and other requirements.

FINOVIS does not hold or custody customer funds or other customer assets in connection with Strategy Access.

FINOVIS does not have authority to withdraw or transfer customer funds.

Strategy Access is subject to separate contractual arrangements and applicable broker documentation.

Strategy Access is currently intended for eligible customers located outside the United Arab Emirates. Availability in any particular jurisdiction remains subject to applicable law, regulatory requirements, broker availability and FINOVIS eligibility criteria.
