Where analytics consent is rejected, full analytics tracking is not activated.

FINOVIS may use Google reCAPTCHA to protect Website forms and functionality against spam, automated abuse and malicious activity.

reCAPTCHA may process technical information concerning the visitor’s device, browser and interaction with the Website.

Security-related processing may occur where necessary to protect the Website and its users.

9. Third-Party Technologies

FINOVIS does not intentionally use a LinkedIn Insight Tag or LinkedIn Pixel on finovis.ai for Website visitor tracking.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal.

Essential technologies may continue operating because they are necessary for Website functionality, security or technical operation.
